It's super convenient, you just drive through and don't even have to get out of your car. You line up in the back, and I was greeted right away. The first employee took my insurance card, got my mileage, and directed me forward. Then another gentleman helped me finish up. They asked if I wanted to pay for my registration on the spot for an additional $7, which I appreciated since I just wanted everything taken care of at once. There is also a $2 debit card fee, which was fine. One small thing, I did notice a tip jar, and there's also a tip option when you pay by card. I'm a little unsure how I feel about that in this type of service, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I left with my sticker in hand. Super fast, super easy--bravo! The four stars is because of the tipping, employees were great!

This place has seen some turnover since my last review. Driving down the member's lane, their…read morescanners quickly scanned my VIN and the gate opened without employee assistance. Pulling up to the car wash track, I shifted into neutral and let the track push my car through the car wash tunnel. An attendant was stationed at the start to make sure my car is aligned with the track and gave my car a pre-wash. Coming out the other side, their blowers are strong. And man, there are about 8 of them blowing most of the water off of my car. I got their free towel dry service by driving around to the side and under the pavilion. The workers there quickly wiped my vehicle dry using microfiber towels. I didn't opt to use their vacuums this time, though I can attest they are a godsend whenever I need to clean the inside of my car. They usually have plenty of bays available to pull into and you can spend a little time detailing your car there too. The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars this time is because of the attitude of the employees. From the manager down to the attendants, I didn't see anyone smiling. It just looked like none of them wanted to be there. I get that the work they do is hard, and I appreciate them for it, but I had hoped they could have put a little bit more effort into providing a better customer experience.

I love that they have leather cleaner for use by the vacuums. They also have dash cleaning wipes they hand out sometimes along with air fresheners. That's hit or miss, but nice when it happens. The air blowing apparatus and vacuums are great. I love the slightly wet towels that really make cleaning up what the car wash doesn't get easy. Good value per wash, but the membership didn't end up being great for me because I didn't go enough after the first few months. I'll go back for individual washes.

Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. I am forever grateful for this shop and all the folks who work there. I am old school so please I hope no one takes offense on this next statement. If you have anxiety about cars....come here. Nice group of people. Kept my vehicle for more than a week to give me a diagnosis. They are very…read morebusy and do good work. Also, communication wasn't very good. Basically I just know if I went to the normal shop I use, I would have received a same day at most next day diagnosis and repair. I would have paid the same price for work and not have my vehicle tied up for a week and a half. I did call in to schedule a time to bring my vehicle in to avoid this. But to be fair, I believe they do good work and solid shop.
