I was on my way back from Llano with our two big dogs, (a 100 lb lab mix and a 65lb husky/German shepherd mix) when I decided to stop by Rosie's on 71 to get some tamales. I left the car running and the dogs inside of it while I went inside to pick up my food. While I was in there, the 65 lb husky mix decided to take a poo on my front driver seat and simultaneously (presumed) vomit on the front passenger seat. What I saw and smelled when I opened my car door was one of the most horrific dog-crime scenes I would not wish on my worst enemies. The husky mix exploded internally, leaving a catastrophic amount of liquid poo and vomit from door to door, even managing to get the seat belt clicker and cup holders. I would say I wasn't even mad, but impressed, but I was kinda pissed tbh. I called three different mobile detailers around the Austin area and Glossy was the only one to respond. Luke assured me they'd handle the situation and we put an appointment on the books. Mary arrived and spent the majority of the late morning and afternoon detailing, shampooing, vacuuming, and cleaning crap and puke out of my car. It looks brand new. I am beyond impressed. Their communication is top notch, updating me with progress along the way. I will definitely be calling Glossy again in the future for any of my detailing needs. Went mudding with me and some buddies over the weekend and o boy was my car dirty. I work from home and didn't have time that week to take it to the carwash (which sucks anyways lol) but i was doing some research and came across "Lukes mobile Detailing " , at first i called some other people but it seems like Luke's has the best pricing and availability for people, i called him and he answered immediately (super nice guy ) , he booked me for the time and day that i wanted very easily and there was no hassle. Glossy mobile detailing, is definitely going to be my go to it I ever need my family's car or truck detailed going forward! I text them for a quote, immediately received and answer from Luke one of the owners, the following day they came to my place, and in less than two hours my car looks better than when I drove it off lot! The leather is conditioned to smooth perfection, all carpets and mats shampooed and it smells like new! I needed my wife's Lexus detailed inside and out but didn't have the time to do it...because March Madness is on! Got a quote from L & J's Mobile Detailing and hired them. Luke showed up, took a little over three hours to wash, wax and detail the inside and out. GREAT JOB! I'm generally pretty hard to please because I do it myself. I'll be calling Luke from now on! I found L & J's on Google and asked him if he details boats? He says yes and was available the next day. My boat hadn't been detailed in over 2 years. Luke spent over 4 hours on my boat and it looks brand new again. He was very detailed in the cup holders the seats, glove compartment and everything in between.
