I have 16 months before Mary Jane(showing my age) is recreational here so I needed something to take my edge off. I searched for a Delta 8 smoke shop and found one a couple miles from my house. My first and not last visit to Puffsters. I still had some questions and reserve about Delta 8....The owner was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. Green crack is my favorite to smoke, guess what, they have the terpenes and I am not disappointed. my creativity is flowing. My reviews are usually only 1 to 2 sentences. Somewhat apprehensively, MLM heads over to check out supply with 15 year old who knows everything in tow. She enters, pretty quickly feeling very old. There are water pipes (AKA bongs) with all kinds of designs - Star Wars, Sponge Bob, etc. Vape devices. Racks and racks of juice. She feels she has walked into what her generation calls a 'head shop' and that she should probably be wearing a Grateful Dead T-shirt. Her lavender polo and neat khaki shorts feel very out of place. She is sticking out like a sore thumb, she feels. 15 year old thinks this is the best place on earth, and is gently reminded by MLM that he's not old enough to be here on his own and don't even think about it. At first both sales associates are working with other customers, one on the phone and one in person, so she mills around wondering if they think she's as out of place as she thinks she is. Finally, one associate becomes free and asks how he can help her. He is professional, responsive and puts MLM at ease. USA made, fruit/dessert flavor, no nicotine in the juice. Check. She is offered a half dozen to smell and decides on a few. They give her a 10% discount without any prompting, which was nice. Also, no surprises, they remember Nando fondly when they ask 'how did MLM hear about this place?' She would definitely go back, as there is a good selection of what she wants, and despite the fact that she is definitely old enough to be the mother of basically everyone in the shop, they are nice to her and even asked for her ID. Good move, young dudes.

I informed "Dan" of my needs and he presented options to me and I made a choice based on the counsel provided. Dan also offered information on local legislation concerning vaping products which I found to be helpful. I am happy to find this vape shop in the suburbs that was solidly stocked; fair prices and with good customer service outside of Philly. The product that I purchased was just what I was seeking and I plan to return in the future.

Then accused of breaking it against the door. If I had, it was obviously not on purpose. Wasn't able to get a refund as it was my fault. I have never been so disrespected at this smoke shop. I've been coming here since the day it opened and the man who is usually there is friendly and accommodating. This man was accusatory. This was after waiting for 15 minutes while he figured out how to use the card machine and helped others in the interim. Keep in mind, I was the only one in there when I arrived but at least 3 others were helped while I waited patiently. Maybe he needs a course on customer service. He said he was new. If your policy is to not refund something purchased within seconds then there is a nicer way for him to deliver that message. I went from having a pleasant morning to feeling defensive.
