Went in looking to get a piercing, I was immediately greeted by Mel, I explained what I was looking for and she showed me several options on the best cartilage earring's I should get. After I had a brief wait time and I went in for my piercing with Nissi, she made me feel extremely comfortable she took her time explained the process and how to care for my piercings. It was literally a slight pinch I really didn't even feel much. Turned out Great . The shop in a whole is very clean, they sanitize everything. So you can feel secure that they take the necessary precautions for their clients. I highly recommend Nissi for your piercings, and if you are looking for a Tat they have great Tattoo Artist, ( Santana, Ace and Eddy). This shop is extremely friendly, clean, and reliable. I've gotten multiple piercings there by Nissi, she's extremely experience and knowledgeable. The tattoo artist there (Ace, David, and Santana) are so friendly and always welcome you in with a smile and professionalism. They are welcoming to kids, families, and even have given temporary tattoos to kiddos which is so adorable. They have a notary in hand some days which helps with that process too. I've gone here for about 3 years now. There's another location at the Orange Park mall that's also amazing, they have some talented artist there. read more

I went in a few days ago to get a middle lip piercing and specifically said that i wanted to put a hoop in it when it was healed but didn't know what the piercing was called. The employee at the counter said it was a vertical labret and i went in the back and got it done. The procedure was super smooth and the piercer was nice however I told her again that I wanted a hoop in eventually and she said I could switch it out in two weeks or so (every other place has always told me 6-8 months) but she did the piercing and later that night I found out you cannot get a hoop in the piercing she gave me only studs and my piercing got super infected and would not stop bleeding for days. I went to get my daith pierced on Saturday (8/30/2025), and the stand-in female piercer couldn't get the jewelry through the hole. So after multiple attempts to get the jewelry through (instead of offering other solutions like a different piece of jewelry) she forcefully tried to shove the jewelry through the hole. When I say forcefully I mean pushing so hard my head was turning to the fullest it could extend... this was not only unnecessarily painful but unprofessional. I left with no daith and pain that I am still currently experiencing. This was the main grievance, what I also noticed was the needle she pierced my helix with (same day/trip) was a smaller gauge than the jewelry post that is currently in my ear. I contemplated for a while on whether I should go through with a negative review but I wouldn't want anybody else to experience anything like this. And for the record this female piercer is NOT the female piercer with colorful hair who is usually at the shop, my piercings with her have always gone perfect. Additionally, within half an hour after the first disaster I went to another piercing shop to see if a real piercer could get the jewelry in and they said the piercing was done incorrectly and my best bet would be to let it heal and get it re-pierced. I loved this shop for all my other piercings but I unfortunately won't be back... terrible representation of the shop. read more

This place is definitely just a studio in the mall. I have had my rook piercing for nearly 2 years and just needed a new piece of jewelry and untouchable was the only place open the day after Christmas so I stopped in. I picked out the jewelry and had the piercer put it in for me and now 2-3 days later the piercing has come apart and the bottom ball is no where to be found. I feel like I wasted my money and time buying crappy jewelry that doesn't last. read more

I went in yesterday on an impulse because I was having a bad day and hadn't gotten a piercing or a tattoo in a long time. I decided to look at getting a simple nose piercing but was immediately drawn in by the allure of a new tattoo instead. When I walked in one of the employees was sitting on the couch with her headphones in watching something on her phone and another was watching a movie in his booth. But as soon as I walked in the woman on the couch yanked out her headphones and jumped up to greet me, very friendly. I looked at the pricing for a nose stud and then asked about a tattoo and was directed to the artist in the booth. He was a little quiet but still nice. I asked about getting a small golden snitch behind my ear as I'd always wanted one. Now when I said small I was talking about an inch big, but as I didn't specify the size, just said "small", he drew something much bigger than I was expecting and asked me what I thought. I was thrown for a loop for a moment, but decided I loved it! Then he got to work, he wasn't overly talkative but as he was working on my head and neck I also didn't try to initiate conversation because I didn't want to mess him up. When he finished and I looked in the mirror, it was absolutely beautiful. He also said that there is a warranty on all his tattoos so if I need a touch up or fix he'll do it for free. I am probably not going to do any more impulse tattoos, but I'll for sure be back to get more work done, maybe finally finish my half sleeve. I am extremely happy with this experience. read more

When we arrived on a Saturday around 6-ish, the place was closed and locked, with a sign on the door that said "back in a few minutes", as if the entire staff had gone out. And that's exactly what happened, about 10 minutes later, everyone came back at once ... maybe went to get dinner together? For a location within a shopping mall, I found that unusual. Asked if they had time for a walk-in, which they did. Showed my tattoo picture to the artist and asked for a simple line tat on the inside of my wrist. He agreed and it cost $60. Took little time to get it done, the artist was attentive to detail and professional but wasn't at all conversational. My tattoo is great, but became infected within a week -- please understand that I neither blame the salon nor the artist, it's just one of those unfortunate occurrences. My son had a tattoo done after me by the same artist. He tried to engage him in conversation, but it was obvious that the artist was not really interested in engaging with us, despite saying he loved his job. My son's design was great, and he was very happy. read more

My friends and i stopped in on a Monday the shop was completely empty except for one guy he just looked at us no smile no nothing not a warm welcome or anything we explained we would like matching tattoos and asked if he had any pictures of infinity loops and he said no and showed us to where the books are of what they do have pictures of and that was it he went on about his business he didn't check on us or anything his vibe was off and it was two of our first time getting a tattoo some customer service would have been nice so we all just left that's not a way to get new customers nor to make first timers feel welcome or comfortable they must not want new business or maybe didn't want our business. read more

I got three piercings here my navel,tragus and my nose. I love the vibe of the shop and they're very good people they made sure i was prepared before i got my piercings and after gave me an after care pamphlet. Oh! and since they didn't have the jewelry i wanted when i got my navel done when i came back they gave me 10% off of my jewelry for my tragus and nose. read more

I went in with two of my friends to get small tattoos. Upon arrival the vibe in this shop was unwelcoming and quite frankly uncomfortable. David seemed to have an attitude the entire time he was getting things ready for our tattoos, mind you we called an hour in advance to make sure he could even take us at the last minute. The whole time he was taking calls from someone who seemed to be rushing him home which resulted in him rushing my tattoo and being sloppy. If you're not gonna do it right don't do it at all. When David finished my tattoo he asked if I liked it and honestly I hated it and from the pictures attached I'm sure you all can understand why. My honesty seemed to offend him even though I was very respectful when I told him what I didn't like about it, he stared at my arm as if there was nothing wrong with it and simply started telling me how long he's been a tattoo artist and that "hearts are pretty hard". This tattoo doesn't look like something a tattoo artist of over ten years should be proud of. This isn't henna it doesn't come off in a few weeks and now I'm stuck with a botched tattoo until I can cover it up which will be as soon as this atrocious thing heals. David still had the audacity to charge me $60 for the tattoo and the only thing he offered was a free touch up in a few weeks. A tattoo that was supposed to mean a lot to me ended up being something I don't even wanna look at nor show off to people. Save you're money and go to an actual tattoo shop because this isn't it ! read more

can't believe I went through with it and got my nose piercing here after meeting the "piercer". when we first walked in the two guys sitting there didn't say a word to us .... his brain function was probably at about a 12% . I would give zero stars if possible. Keeping in mind I've gOne here before & the result was beautiful, (the artist has been tattooing for 15 years but left this establishment by My second visit). My best friend & I Decided to get matching tattoos for our birthday at Untouchables in the {{Orange Park Mall location}}. We had different artists (if you have to call the idiot that ruined mine an"artist") but the exact same picture reference & we had two totally different tattoos when it was over. Hers turned out perfect.. Mine NOT so much. I noticed several things he needed you change on mine while there but the nightmare was two days later when I saw the real damage. One of the letters was done incorrectly in our matching tat, he curved it downward when the design clearly had it going in an upward motion. Well apparently he tried to fix it (never mentioned it) & I now look like I have a fish hook on my tattoo. The other tattoo was done the same night & it looked pretty until a Week later after healing I noticed that he'd gone to deep with the needle & I'm not now permanently scarred & the color faded immediately. The coward & crooks name was Mike (I know there are 7,000 tattoo artists named Mike so sorry I couldn't be more descriptive just look for a mumbling idiot smoking cigarettes with a backwards ball cap. read more

We were there today for my husbands first tattoo, we got there they said come back at 4:30 so we walked around for a little then came back, showed David what we wanted he got it to right size made sure it was what my husband wanted. We sat down he was cool as hell, very nice, made my husband not so nervous anymore. And did a PHENOMENAL JOB!! We will be coming back to get it colored in with the Florida flag in a couple weeks, over all 10/10 experience! Down to earth guys, clean place can't complain! read more

This place has really incredible artist that always will exceed your expectations. Keep in mind every artist has different styles that they are better at so call and ask which artist would be best for your style of tattoo. One thing they like you to do is set up a appointment so dont think you are just going to walk in and get a tattoo or piercing right then and there. But iv gotten 5 giant tattoos from them and all the machines were super clean and all the needles brand new so if you care about cleanliness this is great place. read more

I would leave 0 stars if possible. First off when I went in the guy who did my paperwork didn't check it nor get my id, I do have a couple of tattoos but it was very unprofessional. Then to continue I told him a script font for some wording on my wrist yet he still did different fonts. When it got down to him tattooing me he cut up both of my wrist shaving my arms and also misplaced the stencil so he had to make another one. At this point I decided I did not want a tattoo there anymore, he tried to talk me into getting on but got mad when I said no thank you I would rather leave. read more
