I had no intention of being anything but nice to this kid. My wife had been to the store to pick them up a couple of weeks ago, and they were out of stock. That happens. But they didn't order anymore, so they're still out of stock two weeks later and I simply ask the kid why they're not stocking them. It was a simple question. So he decided to lie to me instead of just answering, so I can know when the item would be back in stock. "Derrr...they're hard to get..." No they are not. I can go home and order them online right now. But it wasn't just the fact that he decided to load me a pound of garbage that got me. It was his garbage attitude that caused the problem. The road eyes, the deep breaths, the entitlement brat attitude of "how dare you bother me with a question while I'm at work." So because of his attitude, mine changed. I'm an old veteran. We're like that. Ended up walking out the door telling this little twinkle dick to go f*** himself. Look, if you're not going to stock things, that's okay. It's your store, and that's your prerogative. But if you want people to consistently walk in your front door, then you have to be able to answer questions when you're stock Is insufficient. If you want to deal with a smart mouth, bad attitude, entitlement brat post teeny bopper batch of employees, then you should come here. As for me, my kids are grown. It is nice to see all the pipes on the internet however point of sale is made by visual seeing and touching! Management should look at their pipe store in Dublin and model this store after that one. Estate pies should have a wall, a Peterson wall as well as a Savinelli wall! No one gets to go into the warehouse in Loris, so why not merchandise the only store that you have with walls of pipes. Just wondering why you don't take advantage of the great marketing store that you have? other than that it is a great place to go! Marty and Kevin are the best!

I found a few sticks which I haven't sen in quite a while and these were some of the best sticks I ever smoked. I was impressed with the cozy lounge which had some very comfortable seating and TV for entertainment. There were a few people sitting back and enjoying their cigars, I would have joined them if I had more time. There is also a nice patio are out back for additional outdoor smoking. They do have coffee/water/Netflix/Cable or satellite TV. But the guy was very friendly, very helpful, and happy to answer my questions as I tried to figure out where to find what I was looking for, even though he didn't have it to sell and so had nothing to gain by helping me. I had just walked out of another place up the street, Mr puffer's, or Peter puffer's... Or something like that, where I dealt with a little entitlement brat kid who gave me nothing but attitude for asking him questions. That kid got cursed out. But this place, this place had friendly professional people working, who were a pleasure to talk to. This is the way you do business!
