So, I don't go to smoke shops very often at all but was needing to make a purchase so I called a few places and out of all the places this place was willing to take the time with me over the phone. I spoke to Howard. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time with me to school me down on a product. Howard is sooooo awesome!! He's always super knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. (I have a lot of questions bc I am normally here to buy gifts for friends and need recommendations) The shop itself has a lot of different products, including Dime Bags, supplements that help with energy and pain, lighters, rigs, roll papers, tools, etc. I would highly recommend coming here for all your smoking needs, but come on the weekends when Howard works, he can give you a lot of insight on what you should buy to work for the best quality experience. I was greeted with a nice "Hello and welcome" by "Moose" when I walked in. Moose was super helpful, professional and friendly. I was referred to this smoke shop by FREEZE PIPE!!! Check this out... it was 3 days before Xmas 2020 and I ordered a pipe online but it was NOT gonna arrived on Xmas eve so the company told me the nearest place I'd be able to have this special pipe by Xmas eve was "UP IN SMOKE, SMOKE SHOP" so xmas eve I take a ride to Hesperia arrive wayyyy before they open waiting patiently. Unfortunately I beat fedex too up in smoke smoke shop and the shipment of freeze pipes haven't arrived so I buy some Christmas stocking stuffers and for my trouble the guy throws in a drink & goodies for my troubles and driving all the way here. AWESOME Customer service!!!!!! Two hours after I leave FedEx rolls up with the shipment but I'm unable to come up there so the guy running the show & store that day says, "cash app me the money and I'll bring it down at the end of the night & meet you somewhere".... so YASSS I Cashapp payment and I kiddd u not I got my item @ midnight of Xmas eve!!! Very cool little smoke shop that has everything your looking for. They got everything from tobacco & vape juices to kratum to all sorts of smoking devices from electric, to pipes, water bongs and wax rigs. The store manager Howard is also super nice helpful and patient. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and helped me look at a bunch of different products. Up in Smoke is definitely the main smoke shop I would trust in buying good quality glassware, grinders, and other supplies. Everything they carry here is great quality, from the dab rigs all the way down to the rolling trays. Howard helped my boyfriend pick out a new bong and bowl piece, as he was looking for something in a specific style. Howard helped him choose one that fit his exact style/function profile and showed him the huge box of adorable bowl pieces to choose from. I'm so happy we were able to find everything we needed here, as we had very limited time before my boyfriend flew back to New York. I have been to many smoke shops, ncluding one today actually... Every smoke shop that I have had encountered have employees that have next to no knowledge on glass pieces. So, based on all of the reviews and the heavy research I did I decided to drive to this headshop. It's not too far from where I work so I dropped in the other day. I have been doing an extensive amount of research on glass pieces (sizes, accessories and features) for the last couple of days. I had an idea of what I wanted. What sets this shop apart from every single other one I have been to are its employees. I have misplaced my receipt so I cannot specify the employee unfortunately. (If I come across it I will be sure to insert his name.) The employee that helped me was the friendliest and most knowledgeable glass shop worker I've ever spoken to. It helped that he has experience and a passion for the same thing. When I asked him anything he knew exactly what I was talking about. I didn't get a blank stare or an uncertain answer, I got all the information I needed. Now, I was going to go to the Aqua Lab store front nearby-ish but I decided to give Up in Smoke a chance due to their reputation and the fact that they are a local small business. I do not regret my decision one bit. Up in Smoke has an excellent assortment of glass pieces. If you're looking for something on a budget, they have quality options. They also have name brands glass like Diamond Glass and others that I cannot recall. I can't stress enough how much variety this place has, they have everything! I mentioned most of everything above to the wonderful employee and to my surprise he gave me such a generous discount. I truly am pleased with this shop, I now loathe walking into my local smoke shops because none of them are on the level that this place is. I will most definitely be a regular customer from this time on and look forward to doing business in the near future with Up in Smoke. read more

The employee did not state the possibility of the product being broke before I purchased it. He said it was a very popular item and haven't had any problem with any previous customers when purchasing it.
