Bought a $100+ item and right out of the box, it was defective. Same day (only 1-2 hours after…read morepurchase) contacted the number on their business card (as the employee told us to contact the number if there were any issues) and provided a video of the defective item. Since there was no response went back to the store and then finally got a response stating it's not their problem, it's ours. They claim since the package was sealed it's our issue to go through the manufacturer. We asked about either 1) refund or 2) replacement of the same item -- both options was a hard no because, again, it's not their fault we bought a defective product. So now we have to go through the manufacturer, wait for a response, and we have to go through a whole process (if it gets accepted). **be warned they have no return or exchange policy on their receipts and/or visible sign in their store. So buy at your own risk

So I bought a pack of 6mg citrus and the canister was very difficult to open but I thought nothing of it, so I open it finally and anyone who uses zyns know they do not have a strong smell. These smelled heavily of artificial lemon (another red flag), then I tried to scan the rewards code and it didn't work. So I compared the canister to an authentic can of zyn and the labels on what he sells are slightly smaller and the canister itself is slightly different. It looks very similar but it's not the same. I popped one in and it tasted terrible and left powder residue all in my mouth. I contacted zyn's customer care to give them the lot number and make sure I didn't get a bad pack, and they confirmed these are not legitimate. Please beware and avoid purchasing zyn at this location. I threw out the canister and settled for the CA compliant flavors until I go back out of state. Completely different experience from these fake tins they sell here.
