The mirror photo booth added so much fun to my b-day party. Everyone loved it and was having a great time. Everything about the booth was perfect, from the props to the photo themselves. I am not lying when I say this booth was the life of the party. It was great to have the photo booth set up right by the dance floor. It was always busy with people taking pictures. Alex (a photo booth attendant was also very helpful and patient with many of my guests. He was on top of everything and making sure that everything came out the way I wanted it. Kate (the owner of the company) was very responsive, attentive and sweet. She created a custom design print out for the pictures to match the theme and forwarded me all the digital copies a few days after the event. They were awesome and very pleasant to work with. I want to share my experience with Up Photo Mirror Me Booth company since they have provided to us the unique and excellent service. I contacted this company a two weeks before our baby shower. We have planned a gender reviling party. That's why they offered to us a customize template with the fun mix of pink and blue colors for our pictures and photo stripes. From the options they sent to us we chose a nice backdrop and a cute scrapbook. They do have a lot of extra options and offers but we stopped here to fit within the budget. At the day of our party they came an hour before to setup all equipment. We were glad that the attendant was a very nice, patient and needful to our guests all the time. I'm an event planner so it's important for me to find a decent and reliable vendor to work with. I contacted Up Photo Mirror Me Booth via yelp for a quote and received a prompt response from Katerina. She explained to me what kind of packages they have, booking process and their new Mirror Me Photo Booth features. Honestly, I have a terrible experience with the other photo booth company a year ago . We booked them for 3 hours but the technical issues allowed us to use the photo booth only for an hour. It was a real bummer! That's why I was so concern about that question and asked them to come over two hours before our party, and we tested together that everything works properly. I know that sounds crazy. But I wanted to make the party happen. They were so polite and patient to all our requests. I will definitely would work with Up Photo again they know exactly what they do.
