We had a terrible experience with Mobile Photo Booth Guys. When I booked their service, the owner offered to discount the rental if we opted to not have an attendant on site. When setting up, he warned us that the printer might not work and gave tips to troubleshoot it. I was able to fix it at the start of the party, but only after calling and FaceTiming him after waiting a considerable amount of time. During the event, the printer continued to break and I didn't feel like spending my entire evening on the phone with the vendor. What he failed to mention is that you are required to have an attendant if you want photos to print at all. Not to mention, the quality of the photos are bad. It is an iPad camera and you need to be very close for good lighting. The filters are also not up to par with other vendors that I have worked with. Unfortunately for me, a guest walked away with a prop from the event. The owner mentioned when setting the booth up that it happens a lot and that he takes it as a compliment. I found this to be a strange comment and now I see why. After arguing over texts for days he is charging me $300 for a Labubu prop that never should have been left unattended. Why would anyone bring such a high value prop to an unattended Photo Booth and not give any sort of warning whatsoever? I was hoping the owner would call it even since we effectively couldn't print photos all night, but instead he continued to argue over text saying that I need to pay to replace this ridiculous toy. Steer clear of these guys, there are plenty of other reasonable Photo Booth operations out there. read more
