Which included a new roof, new siding, new shutters, a canopy for our back door, new screens for several windows and all new window wraps. It took them several weeks to finally get the shingles on. Then they didn't get the siding on until a year later. Plus they made errors when doing the siding that they promised to fix. They managed to finally come out to do the window wraps and hang the canopy. At this time it has been a year and a half since the start of the job, and have been paid all but $2500. Then they promised to fix the siding errors THEY made. Then tell us they can't hang our shutters or replace our window screens and we would need to hire someone else to do that. Then they called us after that (it is almost 2 years since the start of the job) and say they have the siding now to fix the errors and would be out to finish the job and wanted the final payment. Now it has been 2+ years since the start of the job and they have never fixed the siding, hung the shutters or replace the screens nor have we heard from them!! I would definitely NOT recommend hiring them to do any job! They are a worthless company!!! They came to us, we didn't search them out! Had we of known, we would of found someone locally to do all the repairs!!!

Top Shelf did our roof last August and was easy to work with. They were the only company that was…read morewilling to actually try to work with us to get the roof replaced by insurance where other companies were 50/50 on whether the damage was "enough" to get a claim filed. After coming out and looking at the roof they said for sure it would be a claim and worked to get it pushed through. Day of the job they came out and were very efficient in the work they did, even when they had to get some new plywood to fill in areas on the roof where the previous roofers had not filled the sheathing all the way to the facia boards which created a slight delay but they were still able to get the whole roof done in the course of one day. After they left we found a couple nails here and there (which is to be expected) and thought their clean up was excellent when you think of how many thousands of nails they had to pull from the previous roof they were replacing. Very happy with the work they have done and the extra leg they went working with the insurance side of things to get our nearly 30 year old 3 tab roof replaced with very nice looking upgraded and updated IKO architectural shingles.
