I asked the young lady to help me unscramble and she turned around and she impatiently told me to "hold on" and she will fix it. It's not what she said that was a turn off, it's how she said it. Sales staff, please be mindful of your "tone of voice" because some of us area already in our mid 70s and wish to have some respect.

I've been to many Coach locations across North America, but this was hands-down the best experience I've had. Fei was incredibly attentive and helpful. One of the bags I chose was the last one available company-wide, and she made sure I inspected it thoroughly just in case there were any defects (thankfully, there weren't!). For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. She included boxes for the purses, and even smaller ones for wallets and card holders. Fei, thank you for making my shopping trip so special you're truly amazing!

When we rang the doorbell multiple times, there was no response and the door was locked. We had to call the place a couple of times until they picked up. But when one of the staff came, she was very helpful. They told us that sometimes, the residents of the building locked the doors even when they were not supposed to, so it was not the business' fault. When we went in, there was a bunch of yarn and patterns. All in all, I would rate it 5 stars because the business was not responsible for the issues we experienced.

I'm still mad at myself for not picking up the Optical Calcite they have for 4"x2.5"x1" for $4 ($20 most places) They have some very unique crystals I've never heard of, so that was interesting and their jewelry is at a very good price. The two woman I met working at the store were extremely friendly and pretty knowledgable. Which is a big deal when it comes to crystals, you don't want someone giving you the wrong information just to make some money.

I believe the woman working there was the owner. I am unsure if she possibly has dementia or was simply having a bad day. She did not seem too interested in assisting me, possibly due to my work attire. She was curt and disinterested, however, in her defense, there was clearly a touch of mental illness or dementia confusion. Go elsewhere.
