I only have carpet on my stairs purchased from Home Depot with a lifetime warranty that is only valid if I have the carpet cleaned once a year. Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. They use soft water, salt, lemon, and other natural cleaning ingredients. I highly recommend giving Zerorez a call for your floor cleaning needs!

On Feb 3rd, 2026 I hired two men and a truck. I had actually hired them previously but the closing…read moreon my new place was delayed. I was told that the hourly rate would be more then originally quoted but have never received my bill to know just exactly how much I was charged per hour. I had more furniture then originally anticipated and I accept that as a failure on my part. These men wrapped almost every item of furniture yet still managed to break stuff. One guy picked up my tool chest, after I stated that it was heavy, didn't wrap it just walked away. This item was badly broken upon inspection at the end of the move; I can only guess from being dropped. I did also have a small shoe shelf that a piece was missing from; with it being a plastic part I was unable to repair it. I've found many chips and broken parts in my stuff since, none that really effect functionality one such item is an antique custom built cabinet that is irreplaceable. These men, one in particular tried to push their way into doorways, causing damage to the corners and even took out a big piece of paint on my kitchen cuboard and a chunk from my counters; I hadn't even complained about that. I did however complain about the supervisor that showed up and took up the one guy that knew the mosts time for about 1/2 hour; I was fully charged for this time and quite frankly I want that money back! They never responded to my first correspondence and then tried to tell me to keep the toolbox for them to come and asses, but didn't send that email for over 2 weeks so it was long gone. Their sheer lack of accountability and excesive charges is why I filed a BBB complaint. Theyoffered a refund of 37.00 will cover my broken items and told me that I should have purchased additional insurance, EXCUSE ME!! I 've only asked that 1/2 hour credited back and reimbursment for the toolchest that I've had to purchase. I've filed a complaint, but that has gotten no where as they've not acknowledged it.

They found a few things that we had been looking for while clearing out the rooms and even pointed out the incomplete job the plumbing guy did when moving medical equipment that required pipe access. I appreciate that as we didn't know where these items were. They also didn't mind that we were still clearing our items out of the apartment and kept coming and going. After vacuuming daily and suffering for a year, I saw that Sean and helper did a great job at another place with dog smell, so finally had him clean my carpet in bedroom and on stairs. I asked for no deodorizer, and in the end, there was no smell! With help from a fan, the bedroom dried by night time, looks like new and NO MORE DOG SMELL! He answered all of my questions and was very polite and careful. His equipment is top notch and clean. I wish that I had called sooner. I am getting him to clean the downstairs tile soon.
