First off, I'm going to start by saying this is probably not the solution for professional photographers. Something as a gift for family/friend or some casual art work you would like for your home - then yes, totally. Pros: - Extremely extremely affordable. i paid about $10 for a 9x6 canvas gallery wrapped. That would have easily cost me $70 in a professional studio somewhere. the way they keep their costs down is by outsourcing to China. My canvas came direct from Nanjing, China. - The quality of the print is sufficient for me. I am not a canvas snob by any means but the quality what was I expected. - The workmanship on the mounting and wrapping was decent. - i would choose the "pre-assembled" option because I felt that they did a decent job in mounting it. I doubt I could've done a better job. - Needless to say the price/performance ratio is excellent. - Fast delivery. The entire job took one week to complete including printing, mounting and shipping. It was shipped via Fed Ex Next day. - Customer service was fairly helpful. Cons: - Canvas is not laminated so don't let any water near it!! - no customer service number, only chat option - no e-mail notifications for updates, you have to go on to the website to check your status updates read more

I ordered once from Updone, they did an okay job then I tried them again for a freebie I offered a client, the canvas came damaged and I emailed them the pictures of the damage 3 times and had been told that the replacement was on its way, that started in early November, I was supposed to have this to my client by Christmas and just now got a shipping confirmation today December 23, do you think it will make it from AZ to OH by Christmas? POOR customer service, no follow through, it may be okay for someone who does not care about their money but I do and this is totally unacceptable business protocol. read more

Worst customer service! I have used them once before everything went ok but then I used again and my order took 35 days to get to me after being promised it was coming everyday for a few days- terrible quality of print, it was pixels- they should have something in place on there site that says this picture wont work! I also had to put it together myself but there were no instructions, waiting to talk to a supervisor! read more

We've had a few done here. The quality isn't spectacular but it's fine for the price. I ordered 8 weeks ago. The customer service part of their website said it was coming to me 6 weeks ago. I call. I email. I fill out the customer service request. I CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY TO A MESSAGE! Absolutely terrible communication about what is obviously a problem now, 6 weeks out. I purchased a canvas for a family member. I choose to assemble it myself. The 2 length pieces were incorrect (one was 20" and one was 21"). Long story short, it took 3 phone calls and 6 weeks to get the problem corrected. To say that customer service is lacking is actually an understatement! read more

I have ordered about 8 times from Updone for our trade shows and other than the last 3 orders we have been happy. However the last order will be our last. We have had no quality control issues, and photo quality has been what we expected. However time delivery varies widely and there is virtually no customer service to assist. Prices are great, but delivery time usually takes up to a month and there is no way to check on order. We were also charged for goods we never received and it took over 3 months to resolve. As a business owner we just can't take the risk of delays so we will be taking our business elsewhere next time. read more

I'm sorry to say that after a long wait, finally my canvas arrived. I was very excited... that didn't last long. Most of the canvas have a black line on the border, because whoever did the job, did not have the will to do it right. The name of the company shows in the front, again in most of the canvas. Do they really think that me or anyone will hang in their walls a canvas with the name of their company (or any company) on it? Last, but not least, the quality of the print is not really what they offered... Do they know which is the best way to promote a business? Taking good care of the customers and having a high quality product! not stamping the company name in that way... mouth to mouth referrals are a great business promotion... in their case...that is not going to happen...but at the end of the day, it is my fault... you get what you pay for... Terrible quality. The colors were off and the ends were not finished professionally (quickly came unwrapped). This is not a company I would use again. It was cheap thou, so I got what I paid for. read more
