I've been taking my Mitsubishi to them for the past 3 years, reluctantly at first because I assumed being a dealership their prices would be high. I have been so impressed though. Their prices are very reasonable and they have never done any work on my car without phoning me first. The work they do is always excellent. Their customer service is just fab, they always let me know what is happening and on the one occasion where they have been unable to get a part in time to return my car to me that day they have gone out of their way to offer me a courtesy car, offering to deliver it to my door as well!! I don't have some smart expensive car either, infact its a bit more of an antique! And any work they have done on my car has not been major (mostly MOTs and services), but they really seem to value my custom. I can thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
