You can sometimes get stuck in a queue especially now with the run up to christmas but the staff are quick and efficient so you don`t wait long in the queue

I don`t like going in this shop as I cannot take the pram in as there just is no room , so unless someone is with me it is impossible for me to have a look round. You will usually find the shop filled with people which makes browsing for cards very difficult. There is often a long queue but the staff are very quick so you do not have to wait for long. The quality of the cards are good , so if you have the time and patience take a look in this shop

On having the audacity to complain about the replacement as well, I was asked "Well what do you want me to do about it?". Not an ounce of apology, just challenging my complaint. After four years loyal custom and recommendations to friends, I will be doing the opposite. Perhaps there's been a change of ownership or management?
