The manager training the two got on a computer, helped the employee, then stopped taking people. There was even a medical patient behind the employees. I understand she may have a card, not the issue. The issue is you have a line full of people and decided to not take people and only the employee. Bad management in my opinion. Nothing against the employee in the medical line or two training. This is strictly the principle of how you run the store.
