I was irritated when the line was at the exit door and an employee clocks out and walks to the medical line. The manager training the two got on a computer, helped the employee, then stopped taking people. There was even a medical patient behind the employees. I understand she may have a card, not the issue. The issue is you have a line full of people and decided to not take people and only the employee. Bad management in my opinion. Nothing against the employee in the medical line or two training. This is strictly the principle of how you run the store.

I have absolutely no problem with the folks that work at this dispensary. They have always been…read morenice and very helpful. The company itself, however, is not one I place any trust in. Their website claims to have a Loyalty program that will offer you points for purchases which you can then trade toward the purchase of accessories. But, in my case, though I have made several purchases there and have confirmed a few times with them that I am a member my points total shows 0 points when I access the program. And all of my receipts show 0 points awarded for my purchases. They also claim that if you join Loyalty you will receive heads-up announcements of store specials. I have received not a single announcement, not a single email or communication. When I mentioned this at the dispensary I have been told that it works for some folks and not for others. And they have no explanation or remedy for the issue. I consider this BAD customer service, if not outright deception. So despite my otherwise excellent experiences with the people that work there I withdraw my support for this dispensary. If they are unwilling to be upfront with their customers, they don't deserve the business.
