I had to request 3 times in writing and it was not until I copied the Franchise Owner, Jeffrey W Holt, D.C. at jholt@mvtel.net and brought up that the contract is a continuous service contract, and Arkansas law requires businesses to provide cancellation methods that are timely and easy to use, and to allow cancellation in the same medium the consumer used in the transaction or the same medium in which the consumer is accustomed to interacting with the business, including by email. Arkansas law also prohibits obstructing or delaying cancellation, and violations constitute an unfair or deceptive act or practice. Then, FINALLY, they cancelled my membership.

They did x-rays (at least I think they did - I never actually saw the film), had an assistant give me a massage, and then the doctor did a brief adjustment that didn't feel very good. He also poked some needles in by back. I paid my co-pay, and left with roughly the same amount of pain as I had when I went in. A month or so later, I received a bill for almost $200. This was after insurance had made a payment to them for over $220. Really?!? If you're trying to do the math at home, I'll help you out - they billed over $400 for my visit. Seems a little steep, no? I'm not making any judgments on the "Doctor"s chiropractical prowess...I've only visited a couple of them over the years, and am far from an expert. However, I will advise you that if you visit this clinic, get real clear on what services they'll be performing, and what they'll be charging for them.

After 2 sessions with Dr. Denny i went from practically no neck rotation to full mobility and 9/10 pain down to 1/10. I stopped wearing the insert in my shoe he had provided to me that kept my pelvis level. And now I work on a computer all day. His office has friendly and helpful staff and billing and insurance is handled professionally. I will be going back to Dr. Myshka, without hesitation. I know a number of people who won't go to anyone else, one of which used to be my massage therapist. Regarding the older equipment that some mention him using, I've never found it to be lacking or to fail, or produce bad x-rays. If it was as bad as one reviewer claimed, insurance, or other healthcare providers wouldn't continue to work with him. Plus with the newer equipment, spinal exams are very accurate and I can see them as the machines work, allowing me to see where the data he relies for determining initial conditions and consistent progress over time is coming from. No matter what anyone on Yelp says that is negative about this chiropractor, every single experience I had over the past 20 years has only helped my spine, my posture, my breathing, my digestion, and even my anxiety, which if left unaddressed inevitably leads to stress and tension, causing more aches and pains. Dr. Myshka is the only chiropractor I've ever been to. So my perspective regarding practitioners is very limited.
