I submitted all requested information for agent to generate a quote, and I never received the quote. I attempted to follow up with Dan several times via phone and email and he has not responded. Communication is very important when doing business. If the agent was not able to find coverage for the property, the professional thing to do is to communicate that to the customer. Customer service and follow-up is not good which is why I do not recommend this company.
