Yuck yuck yuck. I was starving when I got to the airport at 4am on my way to California. I don't do well when I have flights early in the morning. I panick, I can't eat, and need to be the first person in line to check in. It's a weird disorder I have, but it's the way it is. Anyway, this early in the morning, not much was opened in the international area so I had to choose from Pizza Hut or Upper Crust, which are right next to eachother. I don't normally eat pizza and definitely not at the butt crack of dawn, so I chose "wisely" and went with a ham and cheese baguette. I could choose from "grov" or extra "grov" for the bread. I hate bread with seeds, so hoped the regualr "grov" would be tolerable. It wasn't. Some of those seeds tasted like a strong ginger. I tried to figure out which seeds those were and pick them out. I just ended picking out as many seeds as I could. When I was satisfied with my de-seeding, I took a bite into a nice, juicy, rotten tomato and at that, fed the trash can my $12 breakfast and crossed my fingers that I remembered correctly that British Airways served breakfast on the way to Heathrow (they do). read more
