I went on Sunday, and an extremely helpful pair of employees solved my problem. I wanted to 'graduate' from the disposable Vuse pods but keep the "Newport Cigarette" taste. I went home with the Xros vape, a bunch of extra pods, and a couple of bottles of menthol liquids. They were right, and I went again today. An older gentleman helped me, and turned me on to the larger 3ml pods. I'll be going back for a couple more boxes of those, as everything went perfectly. I've got 3 XROS devices, sitting on charger stands (Made for Apple TV remotes - but they work great for this), and a batch of filled pods. Now I have the convenience of the Vuse Alto system without the expense of their disposable pods ($30+ for four) Thanks, guys! read more

Update: still like the pieces, BUT having a guns welcome sign on the register really made me re-think any association with this retailer. We will no longer be purchasing any products there. Bloomington also has a fantastic glass blower, and we will travel back there for future purchases. read more

By far one of my all time vape head shops I've been to whenever I travel up there to get juice and always come back with different kind of selection sometimes same one just depends really. Also Upper Limits has good mods and tanks ask them what is good mod or tank that is good for your interest if you feel unsure about their products even for juices you wanna try out too. Excellent customer service, always friendly environment and hilarious staff you'll ever experience. And they got good variety selection of juices. And awesome loyalty program if your local and you visit there more often. Bought a pen from these guys a month back and it leaked since day one. Came in 2 weeks ago telling them that the pen was leaking. They said they could not exchange without manager approval and told me to come in before 5 Mon-Fri. Like many, I work during the day so very difficult for me to come in at that time. They suggested I should change the coil even though it was not used up. Came in again before 5 and the manager and owner were on the property. Neither one came to discuss the problem with me. Said they would not take it back. I wanted to exchange it. I didn't even ask for a refund. Any other business that sells a faulty product would work with the buyer. Now I have to eat the cost of the pen and clean the mess it made in my vehicle and pocket. I also lost the liquid that leaked out since buying the pen. read more
