UPCCC has the best teachers and staff! They are all very professional and are looking out for what is best for your child. My children loved coming to UPCCC - especially in the summertime with summer camp. The facilities are well kept and I am happy that they have maintained a 4 star through Keystone STARS rating. My wife and I searched for a daycare that met our needs and decided to give UPCCC a try. Very glad we did! Our daughter loves it here. All of the teachers are polite, upbeat and professional. And almost all of them are parents. Its been a year of our enrollment and haven't encountered a single issue of any merit, least of all anything concerning the outdated reviews. Please do not take your child to this facility if they have any type of disability. They are not properly trained even after they were given all information and documents before being enrolled in the school and said they were completely qualified to handle the disability. There were teachers who turned the other way when there was a bullying situation going on. Bullying is NOT acceptable at ANY age. The teachers of the child who was being bullied treated his parents horrendously and with total disrepct. The administrators said they would look into the situation but couldn't even give the parents the respect of an answer into the situation. Putting a child into daycare is a difficult decision as it is for a parent and unfortunately some parents do not have any other option. PLEASE DO NOT consider this establishment. read more
