Ryan was very responsive and came out to evaluate the space and provided a sketch design within a week. Once I gave the word to proceed, he ordered the new rocks and plants. Once he knew when the rock would be delivered, he arranged for his team to complete the work the same day. They did the project in one day, while I and my significant other were at work. The job had to start with Ryan's team clearing out the layers of mulch and rock in all three flower beds. Then they laid down the weed barrier, planted the new plants and finally added the new rock. Ryan also did a fantastic job treating the stone bordering all of the beds. In mid June 2024 had an underground leak on my sprinkler manifold. Called Paniss Irrigation and…read morespoke with the Fernando (the owner of Paniss Irrigation) who came out the next morning to fix the system. After digging to get access to the leak(s) he showed me the problem and we discussed the options. After 27 years it rapidly became obvious that rebuilding the manifold/valve part of the system with new materials would be the best long term solution. He replaced all of the original (6) valves with new Rainbird PGA valves and new piping. After getting the wiring to the solenoids finished it was time to test and everything is leak free and working perfectly! His pricing is very fair and he was open and honest in his assements and recommendations.
