Today around noon this realizable group of guys guaranteed my fiancé a drop off at the mechanic shop by 6 eastern. That's the time that the mechanic shop closes their doors for the weekend. By 4:30 my fiancé received a call from Graves Towing & Recovery stating they would be running late and could make it to the drop off a little after they closed shop. They also said they already talked to the shop to inform them as well. We were then contacted by the shop to confirm the employee of Graves Towing & Recovery's statement. Around 7:30 the shop contacts my fiancé and I again with concern over whether the tow truck was coming or not. Keep in mind this is an hour and half after close. Immediately I contacted Graves Towing & Recovery to figure out what was going on. I was connected with an employee who stated that they were on their way to grab the vehicle soon. I questioned him on his initial guarantee of drop off by 6 eastern and his second guarantee to the shop that he would be at the drop off a little after 6. He immediately starts to yell at me and calls my fiancé and the shop liars. He stated "Do you want us to load it up or not?" and proceeds to make comments again how both my fiancé and the shop are liars. I declined the service at this point.
