My mailing address includes a lot number. My physical address has that same number, obvious street name. Google maps either address, no problem. FedEx delivers, post office, Amazon, all deliver. Ups drivers are the worst. And talk to someone who speaks English on the customer service number? Not happening. Seriously, it's simple to deliver a package, but these drivers are either lazy or retarded, I don't know.but any future orders will be scrutinized by shipping company. I like being able to ship packages w/o having to wait in a slow moving line at multi purpose USPS. Shipping labels w/ addresses are Printed For Me! Staff is friendly :). I often can't make it to a USPS site before they close for the day. UPS gives me at least 1.5 addl hr to get a package shipped! If my reg mail carrier is off for the day, I may not receive packages promptly. I don't have to rely on the same UPS driver to deliver. Come home to find my delivery at the end of my driveway in a pile of snow with the box torn open. Great way to deliver a mattress and bed frame. Hope noone has the north jackson Ohio delivery driver. My driveway is about 200 feet long, snow is plowed off. He has always backed up my drive and delivered my packages on my front porch. I even keep my tree limbs trimmed up so that they wont damage his truck. He has even used my driveway for the neighbors house cause they have low hanging limbs that hit his truck. WOW, my package which I chose home deliver from home depot because of weight and I qualified for it FREE. They delivered it on the 5th of May 2020 alright, But to the wrong address!! They were notified the same day when I got notice of it's delivery!!! Yes to the wrong address. Mine is 33, guess person who delivered it can'T tell the difference between number!! They delivered it to an even number address. Was told by then it would be taken care of the next day about NOON, so I waited for it. At 5 pm it had not been delivered yet!! What is going on??? They are open till 7 pm. Now they say the next day again, to as they say tomorrow. We all know tomorrow never happen!!! Wonder if I will ever get, but am doing as home depot did suggest. The delivery person made no attempt at even knocking on my door, he just left a notice that I could pick it up at an access point in two days, which is conveniently located in the middle of the warren ghetto ! yeah ...I don't think so .
