Anyhow, I got my box two days later, which was great, but I was so disappointed that my item was sticking out of the box! This is a company that packs and ships for a living... and my item was sticking out of the box! Vintage! Irreplaceable! Thankfully, the item isn't terribly fragile, and having never seen it before, I don't know if the scratches on it are due to the poor packaging, or if they were lovingly earned from being 65+ years old? I'll never know, but I do know that chances are very slim I'll ever participate in this particular auction again because of this service.

I have never been in a more uncomfortable environment in my life working at this store. I was the only black person working in the store and I have never been in that type of situation, I was also told by numerous people that the black employees at this location never last so that made me uncomfortable from the start. To start off A few coworkers (Nar Brant Kevin and Julia) were rude and snarky I honestly don't know how or why they work in customer service. Some of the interactions Ive witnessed them having with customers was unprofessional and at times I sympathized with some customers because I saw how Julia treated them. Their attitudes towards me was worse from just being rude and belittling for no reason being talked to in a condescending manner from the first day I started, Julia said " I have to talk to you and be a b*tch towards you thats the only way you would learn". I was also approached almost daily by Brant and Nar with these "black guy" stories and i don't know if it was meant to make me feel more comfortable or to assure me they have connections with black people but that made me feel super uncomfortable but i would smile just let out a nervous laugh and walk off. It was also time when my belongings were being examined while I wasn't there i couldnt even say to much because I would be deemed as defensive or aggressive which I felt as if I was being labeled .there were days where I felt isolated and stayed to myself because of the energy of just feeling unwanted. I was terminated for violating the attendance policy, which doesn't allow any grace period the days I was late I was literally off by 3/4 mins but I was also told that if I didn't get fired for that it was going to be something else seems as if they just wanted me gone I file for an appeal but I dropped it and decided to start something fresh with a more inviting environment

The boxes were torn even though the boxes used were made for shipping pictures and we used the proper packaging materials and bubble wrap to protect the pictures. I got a call the next morning that the items were in 2 boxes and cost $166 for her packing and mailing. For that price I expected all to arrive safely. But no. One box had 2 ceramic 18 inch angels and both were broken. The box itself was fine. The angels had been wrapped once with a fine bubble wrap and a small sheet of flat bubble wrap between them. They obviously bumped against each other the whole way. When I called her about it she claimed she'd wrapped hundreds of boxes and never made mistakes. She said "someone" must have dropped them after they were delivered and broke them. I was the only one handling the boxes and the items and I could hear they were broken the minute I picked them up even before unwrapping them! She refused to take any blame. I'd give a 0 rating if I could. I'm disputing my charge and would say you need to go elsewhere.
