I have been calling the center for several months about my packages not being delivered. I speak with managers who know nothing. The drivers do not attempt delivery and lie about gate codes or lock boxes or locations. I live on a main highway. By the time I call places to try to find my packages they are sent back. Received my smashed package that was marked as fragile and spent several hours running out to the WEB listed UPS Customer Service Center at 5431 W 81st, only to find it permanently closed. Checked at the Carmel UPS Store & they gave me a 1 800- number to call to try to get a resolution. As a former UPS part time employee & present UPS stock holder I now understand why my UPS stock is doing poorly . I will be selling all my UPS stock at a loss because there is no way they are going to save this sinking ship. I'll take that $ and invest it in energy and mining stocks. read more

Working at UPS may be great, but expecting delivery of vital medication when promised is another matter. This is the 5th prescription in as many months that's supposed to be delivered today. We'll see. It has been delayed three times either at the Plainfield or Indianapolis, Indiana Processing Facility. There is no way to call and speak to someone there to give this delivery the proper attention. It seems okay to blow off the overnight fees my pharmacy pays for next-day delivery. The drug costs nearly $17,000 per month and is an immuno-suppressant drug that keeps me from becoming seriously sick. So, to the person who receives the package and tosses it into a sorting pile that may get on the delivery truck today, please look closely at the delivery requirements. Complete lack of care from the receiving end of ups as the customer. The drip off locations are amazing bc they are making money off of you but the pick up centers are horrible. The people working don't care at all and take forever to come up and even help you when you show up and no one else is there. Hate dealing with getting my packages from ups. Hopefully all the amazing Amazon drivers will make this company change or go out. read more

Manager is very rude and very unprofessional, I will never use ups again! FedEx and uses are very professional.

Quick and friendly. They even offer FREE tape for packages! Unlike the postal office. But that's another story. UPS is the go to for shipping! The brown boyz get it done! read more

So my package is supposed to be in a locker. Not here. No one at UPS is helpful as to why it's not there. They just don't have reasons, as if any reason would be acceptable. UPS acts oblivious to their customer centers when you call, not really sure what to do here. A failure as a company. read more

If I could give no stars I would. UPS is the worst shipping facility I've ever seen. They have lost a few of my packages and even delivered some to the wrong address. I would trust a stranger on the street to deliver my packages more than I trust UPS. If you do have a lost package that you were supposed to receive and you don't know the in's and out's Of what's inside they just close out your package and the heck with you getting it. I will NEVER ship through them again. read more
