They weighed up our merchandise and gave us our price based on weight and told us to have a nice day. Without having to pay for tape we never saw a box or tape.

How these folks open the front door every morning and feel good about what they are doing is unconscionable. Their website boasts that they 'treat their customers like family". I've stopped in plenty of post offices, UPS stores and FEDEX/Kinkos in my days, but never have I had such nice (and fast) customer service as I had here. Aside from being the most budget conscious way to ship items, they have prepaid boxes so you don't have to have shipping supplies. The nice rep behind the desk gave me some free packing fill as well as some tape. Overall I don't rave about service places like this too often, but I think this has to be the best post office in Columbus.

They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those.
