*Read all emails sent to you very carefully for the breakdown of charges*…read more If they use any packing material, you pay for the entire item no matter how much they use. Example, tape is listed at $5 but you will pay for the entire pack of 6 for $30. Bubble wrap, $50 for the entire roll even if they only use 1/2. "Travel Time" of 1hr is charged for their time to start the job and then to drive back to the lot. That is not for driving between your load/unload locations. Ended up $165 over my estimate ($500) even tho I verbally attempted to confirm as much as I could before. Your final confirmation email will be your best source of information to get a much better estimate than what they give you over the phone. Add it up carefully.

This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional moving experience I've ever had. Our original…read moreappointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM. We waited until 10:00 AM--no movers showed up and nobody called to update us. When we called the company ourselves, we were suddenly told that our appointment had been moved to the afternoon--with no apology and no prior notice. We were told the crew would arrive around 1:30 PM. Once again, nobody showed up and no one contacted us. By 3:00 PM, we called again. The representative said they would contact the crew and that the movers would arrive within 20 minutes. Another hour passed--still nothing. We kept calling because they never called us back, and every time we called, we were told a different story. One moment the crew was "on the way," the next they "couldn't reach them," then suddenly our schedule had been changed without informing us. It was excuse after excuse. On another call, they said the driver would reach out to us directly. Another hour passed with no call. At 3:47 PM, we were told yet again that we were scheduled for the afternoon--but they never bothered to notify us at any point. We were always the ones chasing them. On our last call, we asked to speak to a manager and even confirmed if a manager was available. They said yes and attempted to transfer us, but instead they left us on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever came on the line. They wasted our entire day and completely ruined our schedule, especially because we have major renovations starting and needed everything moved before the crew arrived tomorrow. I will never do business with this company again. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and totally disrespectful of people's time. If you come across this company, run as fast as you can.

Here's the situation - I moved. New home, great, old home - we discovered some issues in selling,…read morelike _the main shut off valve was leaking_. And then we discover that the main water shut off OUTSIDE is messed up. I worked with Brandon who helped me figure out the steps I needed to do - 1. I needed to call the city and shut off the water. As no one was living in the house, I was cool with having the city come out and do it whenever (which lead to them redoing the water shut off as well - props to the City of Columbus Utilities!) 2. Once I had the water shut off (or scheduled) work with them to get on the schedule - I sent him photos of the issues at hand for an estimate to replace the main shut off AND ALSO the hot/water valves to the washing machine (that also decided to start leaking). Once the water was shut off, Brandon came in, did all the work (in a VERY cramped space - it's one of those old concrete water heaters). City came back, turned it on outside, came inside to review his work - and there was a leak in the cold water shut off - something that, you know, is kind of hard to test when the water is off. A quick call to the business and they had another guy out there to address the leak - and DONE! It took some time - I didn't push (aside from the day of - they have a four hour arrival window) aside from when it got close to the end of the four fours, and it seems EVERY plumber/plumber adjacent person I've talked to has been slammed recently (yay for them?). I'm glad they took my job. I like having a dedicated plumbing service that does a good job, deals with my irate ass, and has awesome plumbers. I hope to never need them again XD - but if I need a plumber, I know who I'm calling.

We have used the same plumber in Reynoldsburg for 30 years. This year, I decided to try a new…read morecompany despite not having problems with my regular plumbers. A clerical mix-up on the correct arrival time caused a minor delay but no tragedy. The plumber arrived in very good spirits & with very good customer relations began to diagnose the plumbing issue. After promptly solving one issue he began work on a secondary issue to replace a bathroom sink elbow pipe. Problem was, he had no correct parts on his truck. Issue #2 will be skipped. We were disappointed the proper part weren't loaded on a plumbers truck but again, no tragedy. Rates are competitive for the industry. The plumber to customer attentiveness, and verbal skills were well above average. No creepy weird guy shows up with plumbers butt, just a professional well spoken business man. Kudos guys!
