It's hard to find good prices and deals but I can count on Upscale to have something good! The dudes are always so much nicer and better at customer service. Every chick they've hired has had an attitude or isn't friendly ot welcoming. It's just their tone of voice and the way they do transactions. Not just with me but my brother too. He had to walk out of the shop once and I had to deal with the chick so I haven't been back in a while since then but they deserved a mention for the prices. The young girl who works there is so rude!! I'm never going back you think it would be more layback and chill but she slammed her register because I questioned the fact that every time I go buy a vape it's ALWAYS a different price! She argued with me and as a customer service worker myself you don't argue with your customers you educate them! I'll just stick to going to BAKE BROS! where the service and prices are ALWAYS consistent! Literally the BEST vape shop ever !!!! I started coming here after the liquor store I was a loyal customer to stopped selling vapes. But get this... loyal customers could still a hold of them. But SOLELY loyal customers. Anyways, you know how once you buy a vape and have opened it it's a done deal, no refund even it's Jack shit? So yea, I purchased two and one; when I hit it the blue light wouldn't turn on and no smoke either. So it don't work. The second one, the bottom was all cracked. I was pissed. I ended up switching to pods from 7 Eleven which was alright I guess but not the same of course. Anyways, came on here looking for nearby vape shops and bumped into this one. One dude idk his name but he almost always there when I go, he's very friendly. Great service and VERY wide selection of vapes.
