I'd like to start off by saying that when PURCHASING the customer service is 10/10 at least with the owner the night before, he was a wonderful conversationalist and gave myself and friends a free lighter with my purchase. However, when I came back because I was sold a broken piece that I had not noticed the damage of to start, I was not met with kindness. When I tried to ask another employee, who was a bald male, about if it was possible to exchange the piece; he absolutely rudely and argumentatively refused to exchange it for a piece that wasn't broken despite me having spent the money to have a NECTAR COLLECTOR THAT WAS *NOT* BROKEN. I did not so much as use even a stern voice and was met with someone who called me childish and acted like I was dumb. So definitely double and triple check when they sell you an item because it may be broken in a hard to spot place and, depending on who you get, they will refuse to work with you and will belittle you. read more

I love this spot for the glassware and the great customer service, but I've bought 5 or 6 different torches ranging from $15-25 and every single one broke in less than a month. Again I really enjoy coming here and will continue to but, buyer beware of the torches, they look good but dont be fooled. read more
