The receptionist are the person that you initially speak to Pam very rude. Very unprofessional will not let you speak. Will tell you what you should know instead of being a professional and speaking to people I had three appointments and was unable to see Dr. Blackman either time tried to explain to this person about the situation, but was cut short and not able to speak was told spoken to Micheal Charles I would never recommend such a place to any of my friends or families!!! read more

I have received excellent care for over 2 years from Dr. B and his entire staff, including Pam! The services received include treatment and surgery for a stubborn ganglion cyst in my toe, laser treatment to manage the pain of an arthritic joint, trimming calluses help managing symptoms of chilblains. I highly recommend this practice. read more

Went several times due to pain from plantar fasciitis. Never did fix it. Order a custom set of insoles in November because deductible and out of pocket was met. Was told they would be no cost. The insoles did not come in until after January and now they want 350 dollars for them. Was told it only took 4 to 6 weeks to make. It was longer. Now I am out 100 dollar deposit and no insoles. Will not be going back. read more

Limited care for foot calluses to once a year. Even though I had upwards of six large calluses per foot. Painful to walk.

Meet the Business Owner: Hans B.

Dr. Hans Blaakman has been in the field of podiatry for the past twenty plus years and enjoys treating many conditions in patients of all ages from infants to seniors. Dr. Blaakman got his doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (now the Temple University of Podiatric Medicine) in 1992. Upon graduating, he was bestowed with the Stanley David award for outstanding proficiency in the clinical sciences. He continued his medical and surgical training at the Carney Hospital, an affiliate of Boston University, in Boston, MA. Dr. Blaakman is board certified in foot surgery by the ABPS, and is a fellow in the ACFAS. He is also involved with the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons
