They have always been a go to for my family for decades! The small shop is a high-volume output shop they do it all and they do it very well! If you need anything done to your car, give them a call. They are very fair priced and worth bringing your vehicles to whether it's for an oil change, gas fill ups, alignments, tire rotations or even new tires, new rotors/brakes, tuneups, suspension/steering work, any type of electrical issues or even for a NYS Inspection they are the shop to go! They are a very well-connected when it comes to part distribution shops in the area so they can easily access parts for your vehicle usually within 20 minutes of calling it in! They do occasionally accept walk-ins from time to time, but it's always better that you call ahead of time and make an appointment. You will always be guaranteed fast, friendly, courteous service from the crew over there! They also have some of the cheapest fuel prices for 87 octane gas, 91 Premium Octane Non-ethanol gasoline, as well as very fair priced diesel, and grill propane cylinder exchanges in the area! They also offer towing services if you get stranded or get into a crash! They only have 4 lifts but the crew usually pumps out over a dozen cars a day! So give them a call at 845-339-5435 to schedule your next appointment! Or just stop in and talk to Chris Cuff! They are always open Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm 1pm-5pm with a 24hr towing service! You can also stop in and pay your heating oil bill with Brittan Graff!

Exception Customer Service by Andreas Thomsen, a sales representative of Romeo Ford of Kingston!…read more I explained to Andreas the type of car I was looking for. He went over and above the call of duty to find it, without me even asking him to do it, yet, fully knowing I would need to buy from a different dealership. Andreas' love for cars and seeing my enthusiasm for driving, proves that there are still great salesmen like him out there. I would hope Romeo auto group would find a way to give credit to Andreas for finding me the vehicle I've waited my whole life for!! Thanks again Andreas!

My grievances were real and legit but I let them go so I could have some peace in my heart. A couple of weeks ago in an review edit I expressed concern about a whining and shuddering coming from front and bottom area of the vehicle. On this date today (6/4/26) I have put 2200 miles since taking possession on 3/25/26. The noise and sensation stopped for a period and started back up yesterday. Can't go to the dealership that I bought the car at because they are pissed at me for confronting them about their business practice and I can't afford $250 an hour for labor anyway. I called Marcs Transmission and he will take a look tomorrow. It could be a torque converter or differentials. If the repair cost is out of my financial range I may have to voluntarily surrender the car and lose the $7000 cash I put down. I reached out to the previous owner who would not divulge any issues with this vehicle leading to the reason for getting out of it. At 67 I was hoping this car would take me to the finish line but that seems like a longshot at best. I had also planned once my son moved out to just live out of my car and that plan is also in jeopardy. People can be pushed just so far and then they explode and everyone wonders why or what happened.
