Doing yoga and then staring up into the blue sky surrounded by perfectly colored trees, oh so idyllic. Please, please do this if you were thinking about it. It's well worth your time and money.

When I arrived to see Corey, my thoughts were ping ponging all over the place. I feared I would have difficulty relaxing at all, let alone lying still for my one hour session. But I immediately felt comfortable as Corey welcomed me into her warm, quiet environment. She gave me time to adjust and then simply suggested I silently set an intention -- something I wanted to work on, either physical or emotional.
