They made me an appointment and I arrived and was sent away for not being out of contacts for 2 weeks prior to the appointment. I was rescheduled for 2 weeks out and inquired the cancellation policy, as I was pregnant and due soon. I come back two weeks later after being out of contacts for that time. I waited for an hour and then was told I could not be seen for a lasik consult until after pregnancy. There were multiple customer service failures in this scenario. When my referring optometrist sent my info in, why did they even make the first appointment? When I arrived for the first appointment and was sent away, why wasn't I told then that pregnancy would prevent eligibility for a consult? Why was I not sent away before I sat in a waiting room for an hour? Why was my $100 consult fee still charged? This office has no respect for customers time.
