Hot chicken sandwich - the chicken was fried perfectly had a great crunch when you bite into it. The bun was toasted perfectly. But where was the spice?? there was none. It was a huge disappointment to have zero spice. Hamburger - the grilled onions had good flavor, bun was toasted perfectly. But again, there was no flavor in the meat. The hamburger patty was cooked perfectly, but had zero flavor. Arancini - this was very ambitious and I was curious to see how it would stack up. Again executed very well. Wish it held together longer. Once you take a bite, it completely falls apart. Again the running theme with this food truck is there is no flavor. I was really hoping for a flavor punch, sadly, it did not happen. French fries were the best thing overall which is disappointing If they could just add a flavor punch to their dishes, this place would be unstoppable.

We also ordered an enchilada plate with 2 Chicken enchiladas, rice, beans and although they may have been out of the red sauce, they did have a nacho cheese sauce and it was just as good as any sauce she could've put on or in them, in my opinion. My husband LOVED them! Then we got 4 tamales that they make themselves fresh and they were very good. They're freshly steamed, moist and filled with lots of whatever you choose. They had ground beef, pork and chicken. We got the pork and they were fabulous. Maybe a touch too much masa on the outside or what becomes the ends from inside the corn husk, but they were still very very good. We would've gotten more food, but we were on a time crunch and had to grab and go. There's like 2 or 3 other Mexican restaurants in town, but this was the only place we wanted to visit and from the food we enjoyed with family and how much we walked away with for such reasonable prices, I'm glad we chose wisely.
