Cannot give them enough stars! They just saved my day. Not even being dramatic. I was heading into a meeting with company management, but my hotel didn't have a hairdryer (???), so I had to buy one and Uptown Nutrition very kindly let me dry my hair in their bathroom. When it comes to the protein shakes, I had the birthday cake on Day 1 and I think it was the chocolate birthday cake on Day 2. Although I preferred the regular birthday cake, both were SOLID. Did I mention I felt like the model of nutrition because these things are actually healthy?! Also worth noting, I hate any tea that isn't hot green tea.... till I went here. In the midst of my frustration and panic with the hair dryer situation, I mentioned that the store where I purchased the hair dryer had no cold sodas because their refrigerators died. This VERY KIND HUMAN made me a peach tea with tons of caffeine and just gave it to me for free to get me through the morning. It was so good I ordered it the second day. Again, lifesaver. Not only saving my hair, but solving my hanger and crappy sleep situations one beverage at a time. I will go back next time I'm in town. read more

I love this nutrition and glad there is a friendly and inviting shop in Greenville. I had to spend the morning in Greenville so I stopped in for a tea. Arianna was so super sweet. I appreciated the simplicity of their menu. I loved my tea; it gave me the energy I needed to knock out some work. They were sweet too to allow me to "hang out" there for a couple hours while I worked. I will definitely be back! read more

I went in for a shake, but they serve a 'meal' which consists of an aloe shot, a green tea and then your shake. I paid $8.00. I did not like the aloe shot or the tea (Original flavor), but the shake (PB&J) was tasty and filling. The staff tries to get to know customers, but it came off for me as disingenuous; I immediately knew there was a sales pitch. Fortunately, I managed to avoid it. I think the goal is to get customers on their weight loss/management program, which is focused around the regular purchase of Herbalife products. I just wanted a shake. read more
