One day I bought a "Puff Bar" and got to the car it doesn't work. Go back in.. it's still doesn't work. He try's it and his friends. It doesn't work. He goes talks to his mom, I have to pay AGAIN for the damn thing that doesn't work. They were making pa again. Hell nah, I turned them in for selling Fake stuff and Puff bars. We were in Visalia for my friend's bachelor party, and Troy, the sole owner who's been running this place for 30 years, went completely above and beyond. He opened the shop after hours just to host our group. He showed genuine hospitality from someone who truly cares about his customers and his community and the cigar experience. The humidor was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with great cigars, and the vibe was exactly what you want from a real cigar lounge: relaxed, welcoming, and authentic. Lots of cool game animals on the wall too! Troy is incredibly down to earth, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He's the kind of owner who makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first time in. Sequoia Cigar Company is a trusted local establishment run by someone who takes pride in his work and treats people right. The last thing I ever want to do is get crystals from a place with such negative reviews - especially if the owner's spirit is allegedly not good..but my life has shifted direction and cautiously I went to visit. You know... I had a great time. Jessie was my energy guide and she helped me along to figure out what I needed. As aforementioned - it is a time of change and clarity for me so I had to get some stones .. too much foolery going about. Sigh .. $85+ later. I'm guessing who people are speaking about was the other woman who was mature in age. She didn't seem friendly at all. I don't think she even looked me in the face one time.
