Two years ago, I experienced 3 tragedies in a short time frame. Since that time, my lower back has progressively become tight to the point that massage, oils, pain cream, yoga, pretty much nothing would alleviate it. I woke to it screaming at me and went to bed resenting the pain. I also have had severe left ankle injuries.
