I had looked up a few taxi companies to make a reservation as my boyfriend and I had dinner reservations after our wine tour. I called the day before, and the driver said he was going to pull over to take my reservation (a good sign of safe driving). We were picked up the next evening on time. The driver was friendly, and a safe driver. We called him when we were finished, and luckily didn't have to wait very long for a ride back to our cottage. I would definitely recommend The Taxi Guy.

No matter the weather, myself, and local customers are their primary concern. This ensures we get to work, Doctor, hospital, and lab visits, on time and in safe condition. Community living, children's aid, special requirements, and ODSP booking are also provided, should we need the service. Delivery service for food and beverage is available and they are the only local service that can legally transport LCBO and Beer Store products. They offer wine tours, special booking for weddings, when not servicing regular customers. Their rates are reasonable. When asked, why do I use Terry's service, I simply respond : "I HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM" That is the highest service compliment I can offer. "Great work Terry!!!

We had a fun day toutling round the area to celebrate our wedding anniversary, thanks to those maps and directions. Downer: it's in a stand alone building, away from the downtown Belleville core. We usually hit the area just south of the 401, where all the fun and glitz and glamour of Belleville can be found. This CAA outlet is a bit of a drive. Others could have gone in a different vehicle, but we all wanted to be together. - They were approx. 20min late picking us up (but they were able to pick us up and drop back off at our airbnb location which was awesome). It was a difficult location to find so I can't fault them too much on that, and they ended up making up for it with an awesome wine tour and taking us to an extra location since we went through them quite fast (probably because it was rainy and terrible weather, so we got a lot of the wineries to ourselves). - I was disappointed that they picked us up in a mini-van. I thought it was going to be a little more roomy like the photo of the small bus on the other review, so it kind of changed the "party" mood. - Wine tour guide was awesome- fun and very personable. -Great locations and we bought a ton of wine (would love to do again in better weather so we can really enjoy the vineyards).
