They arrived promptly. Good service. Didnt like the $1 extracharge for credit card payment but couldnt totally blame them for that.

The van was dilapidated, at best. The driver was eating, drinking and scrolling through his phone. He stopped at Starbucks to go to the bathroom. He did stop the meter when we arrived at Starbucks and he did ask us if we wanted anything when he stopped. He got coffee for himself while in there. He played terrible music. His driving was as you can imagine it would be if a person is always scrolling through his phone as he drove. I would not recommend Blue Bird Cabs-based on this experience. Hour plus wait for a car I was told would be 15 min. Made 2 follow up calls and both times told "15 minutes". Thank God for Central! Avoid these clowns if at all possible read more

When I called at 12:00 I had told them that I didn't need the car to pick me up until 1:00pm and they were fine with that, I was picked up by a friendly and talkative old gentlemen, I told him it was a work thing and that I'd have to go inside and get the supervisor to pay for that cab and he was very understanding and trusting, I took my bag but left my coat in the care and told him "I'll leave my coat here so you know I'm coming back" Very nice man, prompt service and he was a very safe driver. read more

I called their dispatch at 10:20 pm asking for a cab for a customer, the dispatcher said he probably wouldn't be able to send a cab until about an hour and 30 mins. I explained that the cab was for a customer stuck in town waiting on repairs at my shop and that we close at 11. The taxi arrived at my business by 10:50pm, almost an hour before the quoted time that he would have had one available. My customer was very happy that his cab arrived before we closed. Will definitely call this company in the future for any of my customers. read more

I needed a taxi at Belleville Bakery. The lady with a rude tone says, "Where?" and I repeated myself, "Belleville Bakery" the lady "What street?" and I wasn't too sure so I hummed trying to position myself, "Bell and...Sydney" the lady then says in her impolite tone, "where you going?" at this point I'm getting annoyed with her and simply reply with, "can't your driver tell you when he gets here?" and the lady started to go off on a rant that she needs to know where her taxis are, all the time and where they're going and before I could even answer she says, "you know what, I'm not sending you a taxi!" and hangs up on me. I immediately called back and asked to speak to her supervisor and she tells me she is the supervisor. It says a lot about the company if a person with those etiquettes is the boss. In addition, I needed a taxi to bring me home and back to Belleville Bakery because I had locked my keys in my car. The ride cost me over $60 that I gladly handed it over to another taxi company. read more
