I would highly recommend Maria as she spoke English and really understood us as a family and all our different needs. Not only did she help us find our perfect place but nothing was to much to ask her to look after before we came over to stay everything was sorted by her and the workmen she recommended were excellent and very reasonable. I have significant water damage in my penthouse apartment. TM is ignoring the causes or failing to address them properly. In our complex of approximately 60 units, there's a long list of over 50 defects. TM is systematically delaying the repairs. They're stalling and trying to evade liability. I would never buy from TM again.
