This place has limited parking but it's so worth a visit. A beautiful assortment of exotic and…read morenative plants. Make sure you go here early when it's not 100° out, you'll want to stay. The people working there were friendly and attentive, and even gifted us with some free plants on our way out. The plants were moderately priced and the garden accessories were also fairly priced. I love this place.

Poor costumer service and sick plants have changed my mind about Giverny Gardens…read more I moved here about 2 years ago and have used this nursery for all my soil and potting needs. I don't often buy full-grown plants, but decided to treat myself to a cute English ivy. I brought it home, kept it isolated while it adapted to my place, and within two days the plant was teeming with spider mites. I threw it out and figured it happens sometimes, but went back to Giverny about a month later to buy the same plant along with some other goods. Again, I kept it quarantined from my other plants and, again, spider mites erupted within days. Before tossing the plant, I called Giverny to explain this English ivy issue and asked if I could get a refund or store credit. The woman on the phone was curt and rude, telling me that my home was the source of the problem and she would not issue a refund or credit of any kind. I reemphasized to her that both times I brought home a plant from her store, I kept it isolated from my indoor plants. Heck, the last time I dealt with this infection was years before I moved to Florida! But she said it wasn't possible it was Giverny's fault, blamed my home AGAIN, and that she wouldn't remedy anything. It's just dumb considering I've spent probably $500+ at this store over 2 years and she went on the offensive over a $10 plant. It's a headache dealing with spider mites, and it was ridiculous she wouldn't oblige me for a disease her store sent home with my plant. Nurseries get infections--I've been gardening for 11+ years and seen some gnarly places. As beautiful as the plants at Giverny look, I doubt I'm the first person to buy an infected plant from them. Hopefully the woman I spoke with reads this settles down and learns how to communicate with wronged customers--especially loyal ones. I've been shopping at Amelia's Smartyplants since and highly recommend.

This company was hired by the seller of our new house to rectify a tree removal due to HOA…read moreviolation. We were quoted $2,800-3,500 across the board. The seller paid this company $1300 to do the cheapest and IMO worst job I have ever seen. There was about a 3+ foot hump in the ground due to not grinding the stump down, the one worker was tossing sod like a frisbee over top of the stump-sort of like the movie Big Daddy covering the problem with newspaper. No soil first. Left sawdust in the soil under the sod. I had to conference the owner and the seller's agent about the poor job and the owner insisted the tree has been there for 100 years and they spent 5 hours grinding it down with an attitude. I said idc you need to finish and do it as if it were your own backyard. Eventually they came back out to rectify it, it is still not done to standard, with a lump in the yard, but it was good enough to just say go away and please stop working on my yard. I rarely leave bad reviews. ever. This was honestly one of the more defeating processes I have dealt with. Be aware, choose someone else.

No pressure, just great communication. Instillation took all of two days, and since then have had spot checks from the company. Local, family owned business that pits customer service first!
