Wow! This landscaping company responded the same day and came out the same day- the day before a hurricane!- to give us an estimate for thinning and trimming our trees. The estimate was reasonable and they assured us it was the same before a hurricane as it was on a normal day - awesome! Before, I get into more detail, I just want to say that Elias (the owner) and Aguilar Landscaping are the real deal. You won't find a friendlier, more conscientious, and capable company. A few years ago my fiance and I bought a house in Boynton. It's a nice place with a large patio in the back composed of pavers with a driveway composed of the same pavers. However, it always bothered me that a bunch of the patio pavers were uneven because it looked like roots were growing underneath as well as the fact that the pavers on the side of the driveway were spreading out and the front of the driveway had sunk down. I finally decided to do something about it. I looked on Yelp and used the request for bids function. I quickly found Aguilar Landscaping who reached out to me. So I took a look at their Yelp profile. They have over 30 reviews and each of them was five stars. They didn't have a single review that was less than five. Okay, that's pretty rare. So I started reading the reviews. Everyone was raving about the owner Elias and his company. People said Elias was fair, conscientious, very reasonably priced, etc. Some people said Elias had done paver work for them and they were really happy with the results. Others said Elias had come up with landscaping ideas for them and it was just what they wanted. Okay, all pretty good indicators. So I spoke on the phone with Elias. He was very pleasant and was able to come over very quickly to assess the situation. After looking over the patio and driveway, he explained to me what he would do and proceeded to give me a very good quote with all the details. A few days later Elias and his people were there and began their work. Over the next several days, I was able to see them perform and had several opportunities to speak with Elias. They do fantastic work. They leveled all my pavers, removed all the roots, created a buffer around the patio, used special sand which helps block further roots, put a concrete shoulder around my driveway and patio, sealed, pressure washed, etc. Both my driveway and patio look like new. By the way did I mention that when they're here they work crazy hard? I don't know how they keep up the pace but it's impressive. Needless to say I'm extremely happy. In fact, I am so happy with Aguilar Landscaping that I have contracted with them to come back and rip out most of my front yard and re-landscape everything. Stay tuned!! Elias and Aguilar Landscaping rate an easy five stars. They are a small local business which does impressive work. I would use them again (and I am for landscaping).
