To start the employees are rude as can be, every thing you do is an issue even if your following the rules. They would follow us to the every corner of this place and they tell us we couldn't do a certain thing I do not recommend this place at all. read more

My son and I took his Children to celebrate a birthday. We got the Ultimate package because we wanted to do everything. Very disappointed from the start. We were wanting to do Lazer Tag and had to find a staff member to help us. She got our vest on and started checking to make sure our equipment was working. It wasn't working and not all of the vest have closures the establishment has straps they attempted to tie around the ones without clasp. Then she couldn't get the computer to work so we weren't able to do that. She said she would call us over the intercom once it was working and we would be the first ones to play. Never happened. Then we went to the go-carts. They were not working. After a while we went back to the go-carts and still not working. Then we went back to Lazer Tag. They finally got it to work but they vest that were tied wouldn't stay tied and kept falling off. We did have a great time but we expected to Ultimate experience for the Ultimate price we paid. The staff here are worried about the wrong things. The place is very cool looking with alot of activities for kids of all ages. However, there were 2 people working the register with 6 others literally standing there doing nothing while there are multiple other registers and a line of people out the door waiting to pay. It took us 20 min to pay to play. Then they walk around and yell at kids that aren't even doing anything wrong. Meanwhile there's trash literally everywhere and adults bringing food and drinks on the play area and spilling it. The staff needs to spend more time cleaning and watching the people breaking the import rules instead of yelling at kids jumping on the trampolines. read more

Arrived at 345 pm, fifteen minutes before they opened, purchased premium tickets for two, (over $80) we planned to stay two hours. "Because they had an employee meeting and private party" we did not get to partake in go carts, bumper cars, overhead flyer, and circular motion revolving attraction until 50 full minutes after we arrived. This meant I paid an extra $40 for just 70 minutes of larger rides. I'm not happy and my children are not happy. I feel they should give me free premium tickets (2) to return. I'd be very reluctant to recommend them to anyone if they're selling tickets and features that are not available once you arrive. read more

Samiya Barber and Katelyn Denmark were extremely helpful in rectifying a situation with our tickets! They were super friendly and quick with their response. I asked them a question about the Go Karts and they quickly went to check on the issue. The entire staff was so accommodating! The cafe staff came to tell me when they were making the pepperoni pizza because they initially thought they were out. My step son had a blast there. Even though a couple of the attractions were unfortunately down, there is so much to enjoy at this park! Thank you all so much for a great time! We will be back. read more

We had a private party and we're very disappointed with the service. There were no signs out to tell our quests where the party was located, we did not see our representative in charge of the party and arm bands for 15 minutes after our party started, no one was manNing the kiosk closest to the party room in the back, guests had to go to the front to sign the release forms We were not told when the food would be served until everyone had left the room, so we had to go out and search for our guests to tell them when to come back to the room. After the food was served we had to request each item separately forks, cups, cake knife, extra plates. These all should have bern in the room before arrival. The costs of the party and food were overpriced given the lack of service and upfront planning by the management. read more

My family and I went, and had a birthday party, and we were charged for two extra tickets. The manager Jackson was so nice and understanding. He went beyond to make it right. Booked this place for my son's 13th birthday party and the kids had a blast. HOWEVER, for the money that we paid the service and party panning was horrible!!! Our party planner was non-existent and most of the kids had to sign waivers after waiting in line up front. One of the staff members (not our party planner) walked in and took about a dozen glow sticks that we had purchased for my child's party and left with them don't know what she did with them. Our party planner only came back to deliver pizza and drinks. We had to fend for ourselves to get plates, a knife to cut the cake, forks, and a lighter for the candles! Next comes the free cake society that we were unprepared for. While the kids were eating cake, our party planner decided to show up and stated that her two managers wanted to know if they could have some cake. We said yes, and the party planner left with two huge pieces of cake. About five minutes later two more employees showed up hovering over the cake asking if they too could have some. They had to be told to stop as the pieces they were cutting were huge! The employees almost ate the rest of my child's b'day cake! After noticing this we watched as the employees were doing the same to other parties and feeding other co-workers and friends...ridiculous and absolutely no couth among management or staff. Glad the kids had a great time and that's what matters but we won't be going back. I would say that if you're reading this and still decide to book a party at this location, don't say you weren't warned! read more
