Rolfing fixes it most of the time.. When I began the ten-series with Jill my body felt like a beat-up jalopy that did not run nearly as well as I felt it should or could. I had lost my sense of center, my body felt discombobulated and as if it wasn't communicating with my brain or my desires of movement. I was stiff and rigid in my jerky movements. With each session my body's flow, rhythm, and sense of unity returned. I swooshed out of her office feeling like a human. I could be there 30 minutes prior to the appointment but she said it wasn't good enough. I said well if I didn't have to call so many times, be hung up on, then on hold for almost 15 minutes I could have made your window. She said she had 5 people wanting to check out. She literally left me on hold to check out 5 people. You think in over 20 minutes she could have fit me in to quickly book the appointment and get me on my way instead of waiting on hold and then saying oh sorry you won't make it here fast enough. We require 15 minutes earlier. I started calling almost 30 minutes ago. AWFUL! I was going to be a new customer. But definitely not new to float spas for sure. Never have I ever had this experience on the phone. Now, I will say Fort Mill location couldn't take me because they said they are not actually open until 10 and half their float rooms are broken. . I can't wait to get a hold of my friend who owns a very reputable and amazing float spa in Vegas and tell him about this nightmare experience before even stepping into one here. When I told the receptionist so then I would have had even more than adequate time if you would have answered my call the first time. She gave me the worse attitude and noise. I finally hung up. Zero stars for customer service. Zero stars for making the first visit too complicated. I don't want a tour. I don't want a video. Let me float. Answer your phones in an adequate time.
