I was told to bring my child back for a quick "vision check" after she finally received her glasses--nightmare! Had to wait an hour for the doctor AND was charged for an office visit for something that took 5 minutes.They could have told me that she was running an hour late, but there was no communication and no apology from the doctor. I was incorrectly billed 3 TIMES! What a pain to have to call in to get the SAME issue resolved over and over again. My child has 100% coverage through Premera, yet the office assistant couldn't figure out how to bill her correctly, so I kept getting a bill in the mail. When I confronted the issue of being charged for an office visit for a 5 minute "vision check" that I had to wait over an hour for, I told the office staff that this was not acceptable and reiterated all the other problems. I said they could lose a patient and whole family of customers, yet the office assistant told me the doctor wasn't willing to talk to me and thought she should be paid for her services and didn't care to lose our business. Shocked at the way I was treated! I would give no stars if possible. Terrible office staff and obviously a conceited doctor who thinks her time is more valuable than mine. I'll be finding an office that respects my time and has competent staff working for them.

I went in for what I was hoping would be a simple fix on my sunglass arm. I was hoping it wouldn't be too much of a cost, but was looking to pay what I could assume would be about $30; who knows nowadays! I was surprised to see that Debbie was excepting appointments only, and no walk-ins at my time of arrival. My disappointment did not last long as Debbie happily greeted me at the door as she said goodbye to some exiting customers. I sat for a short time as she assisted someone; next came my turn. She was very friendly told me that it would be a simple fix, and she would see if she had the screw to fix my sunglasses. It took her perhaps five minutes, but in that time I found her warm, pleasant and thorough as she made sure all the screws in both arms were tightly secured for no future problems. She gave me no charge for her help, and I offered to leave this review as a thank you. I will definitely be returning, I suggest you do the same.
