However I've done this at several other studios and it was never a problem. I will say the studio was clean and the staff was otherwise friendly especially when I was having trouble with the heart rate monitor. The treadmills are better than most in terms of technology except for a problem with it stopping I'm the middle of my workout. However all in all one of the better and probably the most caring staff I've encountered in all my travels.

I am not being dramatic when I say hot yoga has transformed the entire trajectory of my life. I walked in as a stressed-out human battery blinking at 2%, and now I'm out here engaging in deep yogic psychonautics while sweating enough to personally refill Lake Monroe. Is it peaceful? Yes. Is it also occasionally a full-body negotiation with my own nervous system where every cell screams, "Sir, we appear to be doing warrior pose on the surface of Venus"? Also yes. Sometimes I want to unzip my physical body, crawl out like a haunted little raccoon, and flee the room into the cool night air. But apparently that is "the practice." You breathe. You stay. You melt. You become soup with intentions. Then somehow, through ancient floor-based wizardry, you stand back up feeling like your soul got pressure-washed by a benevolent fire demon. The teachers are incredible humans. Truly. Calm, grounded, wise, and somehow able to guide a room full of sweaty mortals through heat, discomfort, balance, breath, and whatever personal underworld side quest we accidentally triggered during triangle pose. Hot Room Yoga is not just exercise. It is distress tolerance training. It is embodied alchemy. It is therapy with better hamstring mobility. It is where the monkey mind gets lightly sautéed until it becomes teachable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking strength, flexibility, nervous system regulation, spiritual weirdness, or the opportunity to discover what kind of person you become when your mat becomes a tiny island in the boiling sea of becoming. I believe in price transparency and think it's weird when business don't say them up front, so I'll share what they are offering me. These are the deals for their soft open, and they say the prices will increases. According to them, they usually have an initiation fee between $100-200 (I forgot the exact amount), but it's being waived for the day. Drop-in classes are $25. Unlimited classes are $135/month, 8 classes are $111, and 4 classes were $79. These prices seem a bit high to me, but they are probably in line with other chain boutique gyms like Orangetheory and Pure Barre.
