After I paid him upfront for the parts (didn't have an issue with that) on August 22, I was told he would have the parts by Tuesday the 9th of September (18 days after supposedly ordering them, but okay)... I texted him on Wednesday the 10th asking when I should expect him. He texted back said he had been sick and asked if Friday the 12th would work. Told him sure. Friday comes and he doesn't show. I text him back and no response. This continues through the ENTIRE following week with no response from him. He finally shows up on the 19th (nearly an entire month after we first agreed he would do the job). I paid him via CashApp for the labor and figured that was the end of the situation. When he left, I was happy, finally had some air conditioning in the truck. My happiness was short-lived, because by Monday it was back to blowing hot air (no freon). So of course, I texted him and finally Wednesday the 24th he said he would try to get to me by the weekend (26-27 September), of course that didn't happen. He texted me again on the 29th saying he would "try and make it today".... Finally on the 30th of September he made it back over to redo his work. Everything since then was fine until last Sunday, May the 17th. The AC started blowing hot air again (obviously the system has sprung another leak). I've attempted to contact him via text every day since then with absolutely no response. Oh, and for those of you wondering why I'm texting him instead of calling, he doesn't answer the phone and hasn't even bothered to set up a voicemail. If you have an AC issue, find someone else. I'm fed up with this nonsense. Thinking about small claims court, but at this point I just need some AC.

Based on the 5 star reviews on Google. wished I would have checked YELP. I left a 1 star on google and it doesn't even show up!! I know his 5 star reviews are bogus as ever! George did not come nor disclose he was sending someone. We just got a random call from N.C. #. This guy was Chris and we knew nothing about his coming to do the work. Never disclosed until we asked who was this calling about the work we asked you to do. George as very rude & disrespectful person did not handle anything correctly. This guy Chris showed up late, he was rude, broke a tool, left my keys in the car with doors unlocked & parts gone with him for dang near an hour. Had to call George bc his guy didn't answer George made excuse after excuse for this man, so much so it was disgusting. Ao I asked George so it's acceptable for your men to leave a customers keys in an unlocked car without letting them know you gotta run off? George well he texted you! & George felt that was sufficient. These guys are bogus & the 5 stars are total bull crap. They are NOT PROFESSIONAL, They work is Shoddy and Trash! Chris has completely screwed up my whip! DO NOT ALLOW THESE GUYS TO DO ANYTHING ON YOUR CARS. After Chris finished the work I took the car for a spin... all good on surface roads jumped on highway to find out my car is now got a check engine light on, car hesitating won't pick up speed, wont accelerate, riding rough as ever, now car has never performed like this ever! Called George bc the Chris guy ain't answering George immediately starts defending Chris, then starts talking about how old my car is and that it's the parts I bought being rude, disrespectful, & plenty more, then after he said everything but what should have been said I shared that I will leave my experience in review that touch his l petty spirit! "We'll go ahead and do what you have to do" ok I will. If you want your car messed up! If you want to deal with a rude as man who defends the stupid move his employees make then definitely this is your go to. There is no way you have all five stars and get to me and destroy my car, to the point I have to have it towed to the dealership bc the Rude guy George says since I bought the part he's not in a rush to get anything done & he will get to it once he's back in town the following Thursday. I don't trust issh about George or his Mini Boss Team. If you want your car trashed & the owner speaks about how old the car his after his man's mess your whip up then yes give them a call. They can def get your set up to have your car towed & have the check engines light come on when replacing the O2 Sensors. I know for a fact they can't do the work bc it was not done right & this isn't a chance you should take.if I could share the recorded call on this review I guarantee NO BODY WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MINI BOSS BULL CRAP COMPANY... Call them at your own risk, & when they mess your whip up please be reminded of this shared experience. George is rude, he comes off cool as a fan on Initial chat yet say something about the work or performance of his guy & you see that rude, over talking bs come out. This how I found my car with the key to the car left on the seat while Chris was gone for dang near an hour.... That code & the red circles are all the errors that came up after Chris messed the car up. And when Lexus is done I'll be back with a follow-up & tell y'all exactly what Chris fk'd up. Stay tuned.... We ain't finished George.... We gone let the people know the truth since you cool with.

NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! I took a four wheeler to this place for repair, first they said it…read morewould be done by a particular date in which it was not, they claimed it was more work that needed to be done. Stating the the man that did the work did not do what should have been done so he is no longer with the company. When I went to find out the status the young man by the name of Courtney that claimed to be the owner knew nothing. This guy didn't know what work had been done on the bike but was still producing a ticket for over $200. I asked if he could give me a summary as to what was done and his answer was that the bike had been left over 30 days and by law they could have sold it and we also charge a storage fee. My response to this was if that was your terms and agreement please just show me where this is stated on your paperwork and as a business woman myself I will have to accept the terms. This young man told me that he no longer had any paperwork showing this agreement. He informed me that the item was in lockup and he didn't have the key that day but he would call me on the following day. Upon him calling me he states that his brother the other owner said it would be an extra 100 for storage and then hung up in my face. Once I arrived to the location to speak to the brother he was no better. He first wanted to charge me and tell me that my sons item did not have a seat top then to only come back and say it did but it was broken which neither was true. As a business if this was indeed the case a proper business would have recorded this at the time of drop off and had a signature to show signed off on. I asked about a seat for him to say he would sale me one. At this point I have a 10 yr old witnessing all of this so to end the transaction and get my child's item my my hand was tied I said lets just finalize this over 300 payment. The guy then states that he will get me a seat TODAY that his guy is at the part store I said thanks and I will have someone come pick up my item. When the person arrived to get the 4wheeler he was then told that he had to come back at closing. We returned yet again at closing only to be told that he didn't have a seat and now it would take 45 days to order, so now my again 10 year old has a item that he's been waiting for that he STILL can't ride because of NO seat. I stated to the owner how does a parent allow a child to ride sitting on a battery and as a parent he should understand that. His reply to me was he has a 6 yr old that rides like that. ( I promise I can't make this stuff up.) so now my son has a 4 wheeler with a broken seat and a battery cable that's broken also, I'm out of a couple hundred dollars to add icing on the cake. This man stated that I wont find anyone else better in the business and continued to boast instead of trying to find a healthy solution to the problem. It sad that you try to support one another and their dreams as business owners and this is the treatment and work results you receive. SHOP WITH AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!! only reason I rated a 1 star is because yelp makes you rate something in reply to your response, again you all were very unprofessional and despite a rebuttal to try to save the type of shady business you operate I'm sure this won't be the last considering looking at previous review its definitely not the first. You can run a business however lack of moral will always prove to fall short in success. FACTS you continue to state things that you as a so called business man COULD NOT produce.

If you have a classic car, don't bother. While the guys here nicely tell you they can help, they…read moredon't explain anything they do to your car so you pick it up and you just hope for the best. They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.
