I saw a Cartoon Dress being wheeled out to a sidewalk display & soon as I saw this dress, I knew it had to be MINE Noting where this shop was, we returned that afternoon & there was a huge crowd & a waiting list for the dressing room - an actual waiting list I loved this concept - the girl helping us took my dresses so we could continue browsing & then she came to find us when it was my turn to model my finds That cartoon dress was sheer awesomeness! I also found another 1920s-style dress that was hand-beaded & too lovely to pass up Best part is that they participate in VAT free shopping so I got my taxes back!
