We reached out to simple box & Matt had a 20' container on the ground in our driveway the next day. We filled it & Brandon moved it to our new property. This worked so well we ordered 2 more 40' container. We set them each 12 feet apart & built a shed roof between them. This provided secure dry storage & covered parking for two years while we built our new home. It could not have worked out any better. There's lots to coordinate when you're moving. The Simple Box Ellensburg team made this part of the move easy. They were there when we called to deliver & pick up when we were done. The containers were clean & dry. This was our first move with a container and these folks made it easy! Thankfully, they were…read moreflexible when we weren't quite ready for them to pick up the box and they delayed a day. I will recommend that if you're filling the container, invest in straps and your load won't shift. We were able to fill it about 90-95% and the straps kept everything in place w/ minor shifting and nothing had fallen. We have a tricky driveway at the new house, with a couple of funky angles, but Dave laid it in there like it was constructed in place. We'd never met Dave or used a box service, but we were extremely happy and would recommend them in the future to our friends and family!

Guy was totally unapologetic, said prob had been stolen but ‍ not his problem?!? When I filed police report he said we were NOT first ones to report boat theft! Do not store things there - it is not safe or secure and owner takes zero responsibility.

I moved my motorcycle and car into Wiser Lake RV & Boat Storage (a sister business to OceanWest RV…read more& Marine - Lynden) on August 14, 2021. I signed a 3-month contract and paid a $30 deposit. On September 18, 2021 I sent them an email, letting the owner (Dave Kuypers) know that I'd removed both my vehicles, so should only be charged through November 14th. I followed up with a phone call. I was told that I'd have to pay through the end of November. I was also told that they don't take deposits. I have a receipt proving that they do. On December 2nd I was charged for the month of December. I called and emailed Dave and he told me that a check was mailed to me. I never received it. After a reasonable amount of time, I asked that they issue another one. I have not received a check or any communication since then, except one voicemail from Dave Kuypers. He was upset that I'd posted a negative review on selfstorage.com. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a business. Under no circumstances should you do business with Dave Kuypers, OceanWest RV & Marine, or Wiser Lake RV & Boat Storage.
